Are you looking for something a little different to do on a Friday night? Kandi Kane highly suggests Danny's. If you're in the mood for lobster, this is the place to do it. The food is great but a bit pricey and I found the appetizer portions small for the cost. However, the crab-stuffed mushrooms are absolutely delectable. My favorite perch at Danny's is the piano bar when the fabulous Jerry Scott is at the piano. Say hello to Daniel the bartender; he makes a mean martini! I wish they had a better beer selection but, since the wines are top-notch, I'm willing to overlook the scant selection of fermented, malt ambrosia. Danny's has a rather interesting mix of people on any given night, but on Friday nights you can find just about any flavor of person you desire: resident drag queens, Broadway wannabes, tourists, performers, locals...you name it.
